What fabric materials & accessories are used for a soft wall enclosure?

For the side walls, we use either a 14 oz. PVC laminated polyester or- if you are planning to place the enclosure in a rough environment- an 18 oz. PVC coated polyester. If you need a see through section, we use radiofrequency welding to insert a 20 mil. clear PVC panel into the side curtain walls.

All materials are Fire Rated to meet ASTM E-84 Class and NFPA-701

For the ceiling cover, we can use the same materials as the side walls. However, most customers prefer a clear ceiling to allow the existing lighting from above to shine through. To achieve this, we use a reinforced clear material with a widely woven scrim that still permits light to pass through.

Additional Enclosure Accessories:

Valance around the outside perimeter to cover up a small gap between the top of the curtain and the track (about 1/2″). Additionally, the valance hides the grommets and trolley hooks from the front view.
Air Filter panels.
Floor Sweep to cover the 1″ high gap between your floor and the bottom edge of the curtain
Pre Conditioned Air (PCA) hose with curtain cut out to control the air temperature of the enclosure.
For Acoustic Enclosures we use sound blocking and sound dampening materials.
For Insulated Enclosures we use up to 4″ thick insulation inside of the insulated curtain, which can be retractable or stationary.
