I was not the end user but a first-time installer of Amcraft acoustical curtains. After a slow start, and many questions, our designer at Amcraft, James, answered all my emailed questions, within an hour that I sent them. The support and customer service were amazing even when I had to ask several questions in one day. The " threaded rod track system " with a stationary curtains and filler curtains were a very nice product to work with and after a getting the kinks out of the process, very easy to install.

Patti Pope was very helpful in fulfilling my customer order for Data Center equipment rack curtains. My initial measurements were not accurate and she was able to accommodate my requst for a sizing change and deleivered the curtians in a timely manner.

Amcraft has again supplied an exceptional product for another one our projects.Their sales and engineering groups were able to meet our extensive custom order. I worked with Amcraft on a recent project where we had to get an updated quote over a weekend and while our Amcraft person was on vacation. Everyone on the team made sure we had what we needed, updated the quote several times and made it easy to complete the order and get things moving quickly. Kristen and the team at Amcraft was very accommodating. They made the ordering process simple, efficient and communicated their expertise with precision and accuracy. The customer curtains (2), were made to our expectations and the lead time/delivery was faster than expected.Although, they were built as curtains, we work in a hot environment and change the way we mounted the curtains. We have seen a decrease in temperature in our facility, which can be an oven.We wish the best for Amcraft, and thank you again.

John Kirkman was extremely helpful! He knows the business and assisted with curtains that solved our issues. We purchased multiple curtains with magnets down the sides to help seal our rooms. The curtain in this picture 16 feet tall and 13 feet wide. The curtains arrived on time and were easy to install. They glide open/close with no effort. I highly recommend Amcraft! They made solving our issues - easy!!

My experience was very good. James Peyer was the sales rep I dealt with, and he was very helpful. The material came in looking good. We have not put the curtain up yet, that is scheduled for next Friday the 17th. Patti was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and answered/addressed all of my questions/concerns. Would love to work with her again.Amcraft's pricing is competitive, and they completed the fabrication about 2 weeks before the due date. Curtain hasn't been installed yet, but I believe it will meet our expectations. Our company installed a machine that is known for the generation of relatively high decibel readings. The readings were exacerbated by the location of the machine adjacent to a concrete block wall. The combination of machinery and location resulted in decibel readings that exceeded expectations.We spoke with several companies for a solution, and AmCraft was chosen for the flexibility of their product. It allowed the sound dampening wall to be retracted when service needed to be done and provided an excellent amount of sound cancellation.Andrea at AmCraft was very patient as we sorted out what was best for our process and our budget.The customer has expressed an interest in using these same panels for other applications in their mill.Good Job AmCraft!! Thank You Very Much.
